Adi is our local Divemaster and well known as Adi Eagle Eyes. With a deep connection to the sea and years of experience diving the reefs around Gili Meno, Adi brings a calm, confident presence to every dive. Whether he’s leading certified divers through turtle/shark-filled reefs or pointing out hidden critters that others might miss, Adi’s sharp eye and relaxed style make him a favourite amongst our customers. He’s known for his quiet sense of humor, smooth air consumption, and ability to spot a frogfish from 20 meters away. Above all, Adi’s love for the ocean is contagious — and he’s always happiest person in the dive shop.

Capitan Gunawan has been working with the owner for over 10 years; he is more than just a Captain at Meno Dive Club, he is the heart of the team! Not only is he a highly skilled Captain, he is a close and personal friend, who is a fantastic navigator of the magnificent waters surrounding the Gili Islands! Gunawan’s talents go far beyond the boat! He is amazing at many things – from capturing beautiful photos, creative painting and artwork, to nurturing an incredible collection of Bonsai trees in his spare time. His creativity and skill add so much to our team!

Aripani is from Gili Meno and has been in love with the water since he was a little boy. He has been a Captain for many years and is always laughing and smiling behind a pair a sunglasses! He is truly a skilled captain, and his favourite hobby is Surfing!

Dian is always smiling, always happy and so enthusiastic. Gili Meno is his home and he knows these waters like the back of his hand. He has a deep love for the ocean and all that it contains. He is an amazing spotter of all Marine Life and his passion goes beyond the work day - he spends his free time snorkelling, fishing and swimming.

Ahry is a valued crew member at Meno Dive Club, bringing hard work, a warm smile and an infectious laugh to every dive trip. Whether he's helping divers gear up, or helping get diver's back on the boat, he is always in a great mood. He’s spent more time on boats than on land (we're still not sure if he has legs).
